Unexpected Spike in Web Video Usage

A study released this week by Internet usage measurement guru comScore found that U.S. Internet users viewed a record 14.3 billion online videos in December, representing an increase of 13% from November.

If our calculations are right, for December that equates to an average of 46 online videos for every person in the country that month – man, women and child.

Like we’ve been saying, TV on the PC is hot, but this spike is something we weren’t expecting.
